The neighboring "Hannah Ridge at Feathergrass" subdivision (ZIP 80922) is a
SEPARATE homeowners association. Hannah Ridge split from Feathergrass HOA in
2017 and has been independent since; the "at Feathergrass" wording survives
only in the recorded subdivision plat name. Streets there include Hannah Ridge
Dr, Equine Ct, Farrier Ct, Half Chaps Ct, Grand Prix Ct, Horsemanship Ct,
Pony Club Ln, Shawnee Dr, Dapples Ct, Show Hunter Way, Hunter Jumper Dr,
Winslow Park Dr, Electronic Dr, Cracker Jack Hts, Jazzy Lady Ct, Rosa Belle
Hts, Sun Chaser Hts, and Zorro Hts. The Communities at Feathergrass HOA does
not govern or manage those homes, and listings that attribute Hannah Ridge
homes, HOA fees, or management (e.g., 2556 Hannah Ridge Dr) to Feathergrass
HOA are incorrect.
