The board meets on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm via Zoom. Every homeowner is welcome. A registration link is posted here at least one week before each meeting.

Annual Meeting

Annual homeowner member meeting

The annual meeting of all homeowners is held each fall. It's where board elections and the next year's budget are decided — your attendance matters.

2026 annual meeting: The 2026 annual homeowner meeting will be scheduled at the October 15 board meeting and held in November, as provided in the bylaws. The date and registration details will be posted here once set.
2025 recap: The October 25, 2025 annual meeting at the DAV on Palmer Park Blvd drew about 15 of 400 homes. Quorum (40 homeowners, 10%) was not met, so the existing board remained in place and the approved 2026 budget was auto-ratified. There was no increase in assessments.
