Feathergrass HOA park rules
1 - Park Usage for HOA Member & Guests
The Feathergrass HOA Park is for the EXCLUSIVE USE OF ITS MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS. Special events and exemptions must be approved by the HOA Board of Directors.
2 - No Alcoholic Beverages
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES in or within 50 feet of the playground and basketball court.
3 - No Smoking
NO SMOKING of any kind, in or within 50 feet of the playground and basketball court.
4 - Certain Activities Prohibited
The following ACTIVITIES are PROHIBITED: camping, golfing (except wiffle balls), RC aircraft, drones, rockets, fire pits, and fireworks. Discharge of any firearm including airsoft, BB/pellet, and paint guns is prohibited.
5 - No Motorized Vehicles in the Park
NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES unless specifically authorized by the HOA. Exception: Motorized wheelchairs are authorized.
6 - No Littering
NO LITTERING. Trash and debris must be disposed of properly.
7 - No Destroying HOA Park Property
It is UNLAWFUL for any person to injure, deface, destroy, sever or remove any park property.
8 - Play at Own Risk
PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Recommend children 12 and under be accompanied by an adult.
9 - Pets Must be on Leash & Excrement Picked Up
PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES and be physically tethered to, or held by their human so they are not running free. Owners must REMOVE PET'S EXCREMENT.
Violations of these health/safety rules may result in $100 fines.
10 - Fines for Violations
VIOLATORS of park rules MAY BE LEVIED FINES as prescribed in HOA documents.
11 - Tresspassing
The HOA Board of Directors authorizes LAW ENFORCEMENT to REMOVE TRESPASSERS from the property.
