RowCal - HOA Community Management (since July 1, 2024)
In late 2023, RowCal bought Diversified (the HOA management company that Feathergarss had originally contracted for community management tasks).
On July 1, 2024, RowCall deactivated Diversified's homeowner portal.
To pay your HOA assessments (dues) or any other homeowner related tasks, visit www.FeathergrassHOA.com which will soon take you to the RowCal webite. If they have not yet linked the webpages then you can go directly to the following website to register and sign in (top right corner of the page):

Diversified - HOA Community Management (July 1, 2020 to July 1, 2024)
The HOA Board of Directors selected Diversified Association Management (4325 N Nevada Ave, Suite 100, Colo Springs, CO) as our HOA community management company effective July 1, 2020.

All new homeowners should receive login credentials for the association website homeowner PORTAL (which can be found at www.FeathergrassHOA.com ).
From the PORTAL can pay your HOA dues, make requests (such as architectural or landscaping changes), access documents (covenants, ByLaws, rules/regulations, finances, etc).
You will still be able to get other updates and info at www.FeathergrassHOA.ORG but the .COM website is pointed to the new homeowner portal at Diversified Management.
To ensure you receive your login credentials, please send your updated email address to CustomerService@DiversifiedProp.com and include your property address.
Here are a few things you will be able to accomplish on the homeowner portal:
- Make payments and ask billing questions
- View and update contract information
- Submit questions and requests
- View association documents

ONLINE PORTAL PAYMENTS
Once logged in, select the "Make a Payment" tab on the left side of the screen.
By selecting the "Auto - Draft" option, you will be able to sign up for automatic payments.
By selecting the "Credit Card" option, you will be redirected to the Mutual Property Pay link where you can pay by e-check, credit, or debit card.
If you have any questions or need assistance with the Mutual Property Pay website, please call 866-351-5646 and select Option 1.
You may also pay your assessments through your bank. Please add the management ID (2310), Association ID (000FEA), and your account number to the memo or note section of your bill pay check,
